Please provide the following details in your refund request:

Refund Amount:

Refunds requested within the first 7 days of the subscription will be processed as follows:

  1. If you have used the service during this period, the refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining days of the subscription, minus a processing fee.
  2. If you have not used the service at all, the refund will be processed minus a processing fee.
Processing Fee:

A processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative and transaction costs.

Refund Payment:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Refund Exceptions:
  1. No refunds will be provided after the 7-day period from the date of purchase.
